October at the Orchard

The Summer barn parties have ended.
The October barn is still festive, but change is coming.
The new cartons have arrived. They are flat, stacked, waiting to be filled.

Next year’s Kishus, Pixies, and avocados are abundant.
The new Kishu plantings are a few years away from production.
We’ve had a couple of little storms, but the fall temps are still warm.
Things are really lining up for a great harvest.
